Mom’s Brownies

Ingredients
2 Tubs of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 Package of Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
1 Egg

Directions
1. Preheat oven 350, spread 1 tub of chocolate chip cookie dough into a 13×9 pan.
2. Mix cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and egg.
3. Spread mixture on top of cookie dough.
4. Spread other tube of cookie dough on top of mix.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes.

Tex-Mex Chorizo Pizzas

Ingredients
8 oz Spicy Smoked Sausage cut into 1/2 inch thick pieces
6 Corn Tortillas
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
3/4 Cup Salsa
3/4 Cup shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
1 scallion chopped

Directions
1. Preheat oven 400.
2. Cook sausage in skillet until browned.
3. Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheet, bake until browned and crisp, about 5 minutes.
4. Stir cumin into salsa, spread over tortillas, top with sausage, sprinkle with cheese and scallion.
5. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-7 minutes.

Broccoli Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients
8 oz. Broccoli Florets
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup Alfredo pasta sauce
1 prebaked pizza crust
6 oz. shredded mozzarella Parmesan cheese blend

Directions
1. Preheat oven 400.
2. Bring large pot of water to boil, add broccoli, cook about 3 minutes, drain.
3. Stir seasoning and garlic powder into Alfredo Sauce.
4. Spread sauce over pizza crust, top with broccoli and cheese.
5. Bake pizza until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

Chicken Parm Pizza

Ingredients
1 Pre-made Pizza Dough
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Pound Ground Chicken
3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
1 Small Onion Chopped
1 8 oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Provolone Cheese
1 Table Spoon Basil
1 Table Spoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Table Spoon Oregano
1 Table Spoon Parsley
Salt and Pepper

Directions
1. Brown ground chicken with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Preheat oven 425.
2. Add chopped garlic, onion and salt pepper to browning chicken.
3. After 5 minutes of cooking add parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano and tomato sauce.
4. Top pizza dough with meat sauce and cheeses.
5. Bake pizza until golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
6. Top pizza with basil.

Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
1 Pound Macaroni noodles
1 Cucumber
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Bottle of Bacon Bits

Directions
1. Cook macaroni, drain and rinse
2. Chop cucumber, mix with other ingredients.
3. Stir in macaroni, chill.

Beans and Hot Dogs

Ingredients
2 Cans of Pork and Beans
1 Pound of Hotdogs
3 Tablespoons of Ketchup
1 Tablespoon of Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
1 Onion

Directions
1. Cook hot dogs, cut up into pieces.
2. Mix all other ingredients in pot, add hot dogs.
3. Simmer

Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Ground Ginger
2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
1 Can Chicken Broth
1/2 Bottle Soy Sauce
Chicken Wings

Directions
1. Pour all ingredients except wings and mix together.
2. Add chicken wings and let set in sauce for at least 30 minutes.
3. Turn broiler on 350 and put chicken wings in backing pan.
4. Broil approximately 15 minutes, turning chicken wings every 2 minutes to avoid burning.

Stuffed Jalapeños

Ingredients
8 Large Jalapeños
1 Package Cream Cheese
1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Dash of Garlic Powder
Dash of Salt
8 Slices Bacon (Hickory Smoked)

Directions
1. Preheat over to 450.
2. Split jalapeños in half and remove seeds.
3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and salt in bowl.
4. Stuff pepper halves with mix.
5. Cut bacon in half to make 16 pieces.
6. Wrap bacon around pepper with loose ends on top.
7. Place on baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and the cheese is bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.

I haven’t tried it, yet. Sounds good though.
